Striders Spotlight: Seb Rowe

In the Striders Spotlight this time we have Seb Rowe. Seb joined Striders in 2015 and previously organised the club handicap. He is a regular at club events and parkrun....when there is some.

This sunday Seb will be taking park in his 18th marathon at the Dorney/Virtual London/Fly Marathon!

Next in the Striders Spotlight is Gareth Parker. Gareth joined Striders in 2017 whilst on his mission to return to fitness after a major operation. If you don't know Gareth he's the guy with the tattoos.

Striders Stories: Steve Eames

In the spotlight today is Steve Eames. Steve joined Striders in 2018 and is a regular at striders training sessions and parkrun (back when that was a thing!). 

Striders Spotlight: Michael Reibscheid

In the spotlight this weekend is Michael Reibscheid. Michael has been a Strider since 2001. During that time Michael was the clubs webmaster between 2003 and 2007.

In the spotlight today, on (not) parkrun day is Mr Parkrun, Richard Sved. Richard joined striders in 2010. Many of you will know or recognise Richard as being an event director at St Albans Parkrun.
