After a short break for the Summer Solstice the Spotlight is back with James Harrison. James joined striders in 2016 and has recently been helping out at the club as a run leader.

In the spotlight today is Chris Davies. Chris joined striders in 2012. Chris is one of the clubs run leaders and was involved in leading the initial "Get Started" courses for new runners to the club that is now know as Run with Striders.
