Striders Spotlight: Jen Conway

Today in the spotlight we have Jen Conway. Jen joined Striders in 2013 and was deputy chair between 2014 and 2016. Jen was Strider of the year in 2016 and also Female athlete of the year in 2018.

Striders Spotlight: Graham Smith

In our weekend edition of Striders Spotlight we have Graham Smith. Graham joined striders in 2013. Graham was the club chairman between 2017 and 2018 and prior to that also was the men's cross country captain and also running the club champs. Graham was also the 2018 Strider of the year.

A 5k with a difference. The Mamores Vertical Kilometre in Scotland last year. Straight up a mountain and straight back down!

Striders Spotlight: Marcus Hooper

Next up in the spotlight is Marcus Hooper. Marcus joined striders in 2012 and is a regular at training and races and is an all round top bloke. 

Striders Spotlight: Colin Braybrook

Next up in the spotlight is Striders legend and hall of fame member, Colin Braybrook. Colin has been member of the club since the early 90's. Colin has undertaken many roles within the club including secretary, midweek race director and most recently on the publicity team. Colin also won the club champs 4 years in a row between 2009 and 2013.

Today in the spotlight is Wendy Walsh. Wendy has been a member since 2012 and was the women's cross country captain between 2014 and 2018.
