Striders Spotlight: Colin Braybrook

Next up in the spotlight is Striders legend and hall of fame member, Colin Braybrook. Colin has been member of the club since the early 90's. Colin has undertaken many roles within the club including secretary, midweek race director and most recently on the publicity team. Colin also won the club champs 4 years in a row between 2009 and 2013. 

Striders Spotlight: Wendy Walsh

Today in the spotlight is Wendy Walsh. Wendy has been a member since 2012 and was the women's cross country captain between 2014 and 2018.

Striders Spotlight: Katie Bunting

Today's Strider in the spotlight is Katie Bunting. Katie joined Striders in 2015 and has done a fantastic job as women's cross country captain for the last couple of years. Katie is also one of the clubs run leaders.

Striders Spotlight: Joanne Tang

Next up in the Striders Spotlight is Joanne Tang. Joanne first joined Striders late in 2004 to assist her with training for the 2005 London Marathon. A couple of years off, getting married, having children, Joanne re-joined in approximately 2011. Joanne is the Club’s kit person, a run leader and organises the rotas for the Thursday runs alongside Andy Auld.

Today we have our second 'Mr and Mrs' edition of Striders Spotlight with the Hobson's. Claire joined Striders in 2012 followed the following year by Doug. They celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary two weeks ago. 🍻
